  • 会员5729：地铁站来还有一个桔子水晶，注意不要走错了…不过离地铁站也不远，几分钟就走到了。酒店设施齐全，半夜我没带充电器，打电话到前台也很快送到了，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台人员Afra服务很好，很主动，热情，因为一楼大堂在装修，他们一个劲儿道歉，其实没关系啦，房间里没有异味，下次还会选择！
  • 会员1063：订的是商务大床房，以为可以看到图片上的江景，但是被告知只有上海上海主题房才能看到，有点小失望，不过酒店对面就是北外滩滨江，可以出门看外滩。酒店卫生状况很好，卫生间干湿分离。床很大，睡得很舒服，隔音效果也不错。设施方面有一个地方希望改进，就是水壶不是烧开自动断电的，需要自己关掉，第一次烧水的时候把水都烧干了…
  • 会员2730：假期来上海玩、首选桔子水晶酒店、这是第二次住了、第一次来时被它们的交通、环境给征服了、这次被它们的服务给征服了、来时我们定的豪华大床房、服务员给我我们提着行李、带我们上到15楼、到屋里之后想着把窗帘拉开、瞬间被窗外的景色给深深的吸引住了、后边服务员给送的小吃水果、这个服务把我们深深的感动了、后续来上海在选择酒店时、可能不会考虑别的酒店了、同时大家也可以来这边打卡👍
  • 会员1108：感谢帮我升级了房间，而且在我住了几个小时后想换房间，还热情的带我看别的房间，换了一个空间更大的，非常感谢。另外，还送了果盘，套餐里的鸡尾酒也好喝，遗憾没品尝到手冲咖啡。早餐餐厅是新装修的，很喜欢。位置也很好，打车20元不到就到外滩南京东路了。只是房间还是有点点旧了。
